Do I really need to use a hand soap that is labelled as disnifecting

We use hand soap at our church with the childrens ministry in their Noon Ball bathrooms and someone mentioned that the soap that the church is now Registered User purchasing is NOT anitbacterial? Actually, it is better that soap ISN'T antibacterial because starr germs can be resistant to it (and then you get ''superbugs'').
